1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pk78" / "We" / "Us" / "Company" refers to the operator of the pk78 platform at pk78.bid, licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Platform" means the pk78 website accessible at pk78.bid, including all pages, services, games, betting markets, and features available therein.

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the functional currency of all pk78 player accounts.

• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, matched deposit, free spins, cashback, or other promotional offer issued by pk78 to eligible Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered using real-money bets on eligible games before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the pk78 platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or by pk78's licensing conditions.

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation. References to singular include the plural and vice versa where appropriate.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register a valid pk78 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, including pk78.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of a household of a current employee of pk78 or its associated companies.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

pk78 reserves the right to decline any registration application, close any account, or request additional verification documents at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason. Players who provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration forfeit any balances or winnings in their accounts upon discovery.

Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, names, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and all associated funds forfeited.

3. Account Rules & Management

Upon successful registration and KYC verification, pk78 will maintain one active account in your name. You are responsible for the following account obligations:

• You must keep your pk78 login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your pk78 account, whether authorised by you or not, subject to pk78's fraud detection obligations.
• You must notify pk78 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• pk78 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your account or any funds therein to any third party.
• Account holders are required to complete KYC verification using a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport before any withdrawal may be processed. pk78 may request re-verification or additional documents at any time.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee as specified in the current fee schedule. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

pk78 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, abuse of promotional offers, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, pk78 may withhold account balances pending investigation in accordance with its obligations under its international gaming license.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk78 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk78 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The general minimum deposit is PKR 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the pk78 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be fully approved before any withdrawal request can be processed. Unverified accounts are restricted to depositing and playing only.
• pk78 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 15 minutes for verified accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa, subject to network availability and payment provider processing times. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• pk78 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, which may extend processing times. Players will be informed if such checks are underway.
• pk78 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pk78 accepts no responsibility.
• Any funds deposited into a pk78 account do not accrue interest. Player funds are held in segregated accounts in accordance with pk78's international licensing requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk78 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome deposit matches, weekly reload bonuses, cricket cashback offers, and free spin promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified pk78 account and meet the eligibility criteria specified in each individual promotion.
• All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time period specified in the individual promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• pk78 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a player's account if it determines that the bonus was claimed in error, through exploitation of a technical fault, or in breach of these Terms or individual promotion terms.

• Free spins are valid only on the games specified in the individual promotion and must be used within the stated validity period. Any winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.
• pk78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of modification.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting game weightings to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players in bonus-funded play — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on pk78 are governed by the individual rules applicable to each game type or market. These general provisions apply across all pk78 gaming and betting activities:

• All bets and game outcomes are final once confirmed. pk78 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets or reverse completed game rounds except in cases of demonstrable technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, pk78 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. pk78 is not liable for any losses attributable to technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may be adjusted by pk78 at any time.
• pk78 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or game round. Players will be informed of applicable maximum win limits at the time of placing a bet or commencing a game session.
• Bets placed on sporting events that are subsequently postponed, abandoned, or cancelled will be settled according to the specific settlement rules of the relevant market, as detailed in pk78's sportsbook rules.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you after a specified duration of continuous play.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the pk78 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the pk78 platform for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corruption, or any conduct that constitutes cheating in connection with any event or game offered on pk78.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to interact with the pk78 platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the pk78 platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Accessing the pk78 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Attempting to circumvent pk78's responsible gaming tools, age verification procedures, or self-exclusion measures.
• Systematically abusing bonus promotions through techniques that exploit wagering requirements contrary to their intended purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk78 platform — including but not limited to the pk78 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and databases — is the proprietary intellectual property of pk78 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk78 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any pk78 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of pk78's software or systems.
• Use of pk78's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any commercial or non-commercial context without explicit written permission.
• Framing, scraping, or data-mining any part of the pk78 platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk78 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the pk78 platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of winnings or anticipated profits from any game or betting activity.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical faults, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond pk78's reasonable control, including network outages, server failures, or actions of third-party providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Errors or omissions in game outcomes where those outcomes have been independently verified as accurate by pk78's systems and, where applicable, the WM Live studio recording.
• Any financial loss resulting from fluctuations in the PKR exchange rate in connection with USDT TRC20 or other multi-currency transactions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pk78's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable international law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

pk78's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the pk78 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on pk78, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pk78 collects and processes personal data — including identity documents submitted for KYC purposes, transaction records, gaming history, and communications — for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. pk78 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pk78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk78 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the pk78 platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pk78 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk78 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk78 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pk78's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, players must submit a written complaint to pk78's support team detailing the nature of the dispute, the relevant dates and transactions, and the resolution sought. pk78 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
